We want you to feel good about your Milk & Meadow purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us at Maya@milkandmeadowbathco.com. with your order number.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, soap and body care products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or made an error with the order.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Refunds and cancellations
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are not refunded for voluntary returns.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly. We can cancel it if it has not shipped. If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we'll offer you the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund.
