Processing and delivery
Orders typically ship within three business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping destinations are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, we'll send confirmation with tracking information when available.
Delivery times are estimated provided by the carrier and may vary. Please double check your shipping address at checkout, and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Delays or delivery problems
If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we'll contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a refund. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please email us at maya@milkandmeadowbathco.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the package and products. We'll help you with the next steps.
